Welcome to Determination Fitness!

Are you ready to get into the best shape of your life? I can help you get there. Not only will I help you reach your goals, I will help you maintain them! I specialize in fitness and weight training, Bosu balance training, core training and post-rehab work for people with certain injuries and illnesses.

Determination Abs and Stretch

                                                     
A perfect combination of abdominal exercises and lower extremity stretches. This 60 min class is designed to promote strength and stability in the musculature that supports the spine. Tighten the tummy, increase flexibility and possibly help out that low back issue you may have. If you don’t get enough abdominal work and lower body stretching done in your current workout routine give this challenging yet popular class a try there will be progressions and regressions dependent on ability level.

Class on Tuesdays from 9:00 to 10:00 AM at the Comox Rec-MP Hall. 

Determination Core Cardio Fitcamp

A high-intensity intermediate/advanced level class designed to tighten abs and carve curves. Hi-intensity interval training (HIIT) combined with core work to leave you sweaty and sculpted.

Are you tired of getting no results and tired of injuries caused by poor exercise programming ?

If you are willing to work hard, yet have some fun and encourage teamwork, then come and try this boot camp style exercise class which will change on a consistent basis in order to provide you with the best results possible. Come and join Personal trainer, group exercise instructor, and Medical exercise specialist Steve Thomson in Determination Bootcamp. Runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 5:15 to 6:30PM.

Early Riser

Runs Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15 to 7:15AM in Gym B at the Comox Rec​reation Centre.
